There is a very specific kind of issue nobody talks about. Here are 2 reasons your outfits never look quite right.
1. You are copying the style instead of understanding what makes it work.
Don't copy the dress but the idea, and make it yours.
2. You are dressing the body you think you have.
But sometimes, what looks amazing on someone else is not what shines on you and that is not because something is wrong with your body but styling is the problem.
The golden rule:
One main feature, everything else just support.
So before you rock that outfit, define your shape, choose one standout piece, then remove anything that will compete with it.
The outfit wasn't wrong, it just needed better styling.
STYLING TIPS
The outfit looks too plain, do one of these;
• Add a structured bag.
• Use one bold accessory.
The outfit has no shape (loose all over), do one of these
• Add a belt.
• Try a cropped jacket.

The bottom is fitted, balance it with something slightly relaxed on top.
The dress is dramatic, keep shoes/accessories simple.
The shoes are doing too much, keep the outfit simple.
The print on the fabric is loud don't add other loud elements.
