Reality: Fruit is meant to nourish others, not just the tree that bears it.

Opening Thought
Leadership is not about accumulating followers or building an isolated kingdom; it is about multiplying capacity in others. Expressive leadership models divine character, shares knowledge freely, and intentionally raises up the next generation.
If your leadership leaves behind no capable successors, your influence is short-lived. God calls parents, teachers, creative professionals, and community leaders to lead by authentic example—creating safe pathways for young minds to discover their potential, master practical skills, and step into their own god-given destinies.
When you invest in mentoring others, your legacy expands beyond your personal lifetime.
Reflection
Paul’s mentorship of Timothy transformed a young, hesitant believer into a courageous leader capable of overseeing key churches (1 Timothy 4:12). Paul did not suppress Timothy’s youth; he affirmed his potential and gave him room to exercise his spiritual and administrative gifts.
Empowering leadership requires three intentional commitments:
Leading by Example: Living out high standards of integrity, diligence, and faith that others can observe and emulate.
Knowledge Transfer: Teaching practical skills, sharing hard-won wisdom, and removing obstacles for younger colleagues or students.
Delegation and Trust: Giving rising leaders opportunities to take responsibility, make decisions, and grow in confidence.
Invest your life in raising leaders who will surpass you.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for placing me in positions of leadership, mentorship, and influence. Give me a humble, generative heart that delights in seeing others succeed. Grant me wisdom to mentor the next generation with patience, clarity, and godly counsel. Help me to model integrity and create spaces where young voices are empowered to step into their calling. In Jesus' name, Amen.
